Hello,
I would like to take the time out to tell you how happy I am with the new TigerLight T100. I just received my unit this morning and was very impressed with TigerLight's customer service and how promptly the unit was shipped. I am a certified crime prevention instructor and I teach the Refuse To Be A Victim® program in the state of Oklahoma. I have carried pepper spray for the past 14 years and have selected OC spray as the non lethal weapon of choice for everyday carry.
The T100 is by far the best non lethal defense device I have ever seen. I like the multiple light functions as well as how I am able to hold this device in my hand for long periods of time. It is pleasing to the eye and I like the black chrome finish. It does not feel like I have a weapon in my hand and if anyone were to ask I can say its a flashlight. I am also impressed with how you can blind the assailant with the very bright light and then spray him right in the face with his eyes open. My wife was equally impressed with the T100 and she found it very comfortable to hold in her hand.

I'd like to tell you that your product lives up to its reputation. I had the need to use the TigerLight on-duty a few days ago. While working in the jail, I let an Inmate Worker into a cell in order to feed the occupants. One of the occupants began to yell at me to release him. I put the TigerLight in my hand. My response that he did not have a releasable charge only infuriated him further. I recognized this person from prior contacts through the years and knew that he has a history of mental illness.
I told him to sit down but he ran at me through the open door. As soon as the cone spray hit him, he halted and stopped screaming. He seemed stunned and brought his hands to his face. He backed up and sat down on the jail cell bench. I knew the spray would work, but I didn't know it would work that well. I have used stream OC in the past and it did not have the stopping effect this cone spray had. Your TigerLight is a first rate product and really helps us in our contacts with the bad guys. While the TigerLight may not have helped me overcome insurmountable odds, it did save me from rolling around on the floor with a half-naked (bottom half) transient. My TigerLight was worth every penny.

A SWAT Officers’ Evaluation of The New 600 Lumen LED TigerLight®

For the past 6 months I have been testing the new 600 lumen LED TigerLight. I am extremely impressed with the LED version. The 2 hour run time in combination with the brightness and clear white color of this light is remarkable. Strength and durability are common themes for TigerLight and the LED version is no exception!
Many times I turn on this light and it completely drowns out other officers’ lights. Regardless of whether it’s a foot chase at night or inside a dimly lit bar this light makes the difference with the LED brightness and increased visibility over standard flashlights.
Still the most important aspect of this new LED version of the TigerLight remains the less lethal aspect. The ability to react quickly and effectively with pepper spray is what makes this light a TigerLight. Having the ability to spray and drop a violent offender is why I carry a TigerLight.
Thank you for your continued work in making the job of policing safer. This LED version of the TigerLight is another innovation that in my book every police officer working the street today throughout the United States should have in their hand.
