A SWAT Officers’ Evaluation of The New 600 Lumen LED TigerLight®

Mr. Michael Teig,

For the past 6 months I have been testing the new 600 lumen LED TigerLight. I am extremely impressed with the LED version. The 2 hour run time in combination with the brightness and clear white color of this light is remarkable. Strength and durability are common themes for TigerLight and the LED version is no exception!

Many times I turn on this light and it completely drowns out other officers’ lights. Regardless of weather it’s a foot chase at night or inside a dimly lit bar this light makes the difference with the LED brightness and increased visibility over standard flashlights.

Still the most important aspect of this new LED version of the TigerLight remains the less lethal aspect. The ability to react quickly and effectively with pepper spray is what makes this light a TigerLight. Having the ability to spray and drop a violent offender is why I carry a TigerLight.

Thank you for your continued work in making the job of policing safer. This LED version of the TigerLight is another innovation that in my book every police officer working the street today throughout the United States should have in their hand.
