LTC Rich Miller has held command positions as a battery commander and was the Battalion Commander of the 2-222nd Field Artillery during his 18 month deployment in Iraq as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Prior to his ICA G3 assignment and his OIF deployment, he was the Officer-in-Charge of Southern Utah University’s ROTC program.

LTC Miller attended Harvard University in August 2007 and completed a National Security Fellowship as part of the U. S. Army War College. He is a graduate of the Joint Forces Staff College, U. S. Army War College-Defense Strategy Course, U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, Combined Arms and Services Staff School, Field Artillery Officer Advanced Course, Field Artillery Officer Basic Course, U.S. Army Cadet Command School, Nuclear Weapons System School, and the Nuclear, Biological & Chemical Defense Course.

LTC Miller’s awards and decorations include the Bronze Star Medal, Iraqi Campaign Medal, Combat Action Badge, Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Armed Forces Reserve Component Achievement Medal, Armed Forces Reserve Medal, Army Overseas Training Ribbon, Basic Training Ribbon, the General Douglas MacArthur Leadership Award, the Honorable Order of Saint Barbara, and the Airborne Parachutist Badge.

Hello,

I would like to take the time out to tell you how happy I am with the new Tigerlight T100. I just received my unit this morning and was very impressed with Tigerlight's customer service and how promptly the unit was shipped. I am a certified crime prevention instructor and I teach the Refuse To Be A Victim® program in the state of Oklahoma. I have carried pepper spray for the past 14 years and have selected OC spray as the non lethal weapon of choice for everyday carry.

The T100 is by far the best non lethal defense device I have ever seen. I like the multiple light functions as well as how I am able to hold this device in my hand for long periods of time. It is pleasing to the eye and I like the black chrome finish. It does not feel like I have a weapon in my hand and if anyone were to ask I can say its a flashlight. I am also impressed with how you can blind the assailant with the very bright light and then spray him right in the face with his eyes open. My wife was equally impressed with the T100 and she found it very comfortable to hold in her hand.
